Trading Terms
Please note that we reserve the items you've ordered for the duration of payment period only. Failure to settle your 7 day pro forma invoice within the time frame outlined may result in the reallocation of your stock to a stockist who may have the same products on back order. If a stock reallocation occurs, it may leave your store waiting until the line of products arrives again. In some cases can cause long delays for re-stocks to occur. Continual failure to pay invoices on time may also result in losing the ability to stock Pablo & Co. products in your store.
If you are placing wholesale orders solely for the purpose of private use and not on selling our products as originally agreed, we will terminate your account. 
 
Pablo & Co. products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Amazon etc. Selling Pablo & Co. products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance. 
 We do not offer a drop shipping service. You must physically have the stock available to purchase before adding products to your website for sale. Please DO NOT offer a 'pre order' service for your customers, we do not accept this style of ordering. Your account will be immediately suspended if this continues.

Minimum Quantities
First wholesale order must be AUD AU $300.00 + GST or over. Top up orders are $100.00 + GST.  Payment for all orders are due prior to the dispatch of goods.

Dispatching Times
We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders within 1-10 business days.

Cancellation of Orders
Pablo & Co. may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.  

Pricing  

Prices shown on wholesale sites are exclusive of GST, prices on our retail site are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (www.pabloandco.net). Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.

Our Guarantee
Pablo & Co. products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products, please send an email with details and a photo of the issue.

Cancellation of accounts
We have the right to cancel your account at any given time. If your account isn't used within 2 months your account will become inactive and will be suspended. If this is the case and you're looking at placing an order get in touch and we can discuss reactivating your account. This is due to wholesalers changing all the time and new wholesalers may move into your area.

Our Code of Conduct
Our Team Commitment to You: As a Pablo & Co. Customer, we want you to know you have the right to expect the following standards from us.
• Honesty, in all our dealings with you – both in our commitment and product recommendations. 
• Friendly, courteous and awesome service. Your perception of which is our reality.
• We will always strive to provide you with unique items, designed to enhance your standing as a specialty retailer.
• Your input and ideas are vital to us and will always be acted upon.
• We will communicate with you frequently, to ensure you are kept right up-to-date, and to build a strong bond between us. 

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to selling. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

Distribution of Goods
For the purpose of maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Pablo & Co. you must ensure that all products sourced from Pablo & Co. are sold only at pre- approved retail sales locations which are consistent with the reputation and public image of Pablo & Co.
You may not, either directly or indirectly, distribute or on-sell Pablo & Co. products to an online retailer or a person or entity likely to sell products at an unapproved retail location and/or outside the Territory, without the written consent of Pablo & Co.
I understand Pablo & Co. may stop the supply of products if I do not abide by their code of conduct.

Stocking Disney / Star Wars x Pablo & Co.

  • Products are NOT allowed to be sold on websites such as Amazon / eBay / Marketplace / Mydeal etc. They are only to be sold on your website (as long as you're approved to sell online.) Alternatively they are only to be sold in your nominated store. 
  • We only have a contract with Australia and New Zealand. This means you can only sell these goods within these two countries. If you are selling internationally, please set up your website so the goods can only be sold in these two countries.
  • We are not offering ANY discounts on these products and we have been advised by Disney not to let our wholesalers do the same. I.e if you have dog influencers with discount codes, make sure these are not valid for the Disney / Star Wars ranges or a 10% / 20% etc discount code for storewide discounts. 
  • Items must be sold at RRP as advised by us. Please refer to the retail website for RRP.
  • Do NOT make your own social media posts including characters with the products(i.e making your own website banner / social media post with the characters & adding the Disney / Star Wars logos). This is illegal and Disney will suspend our contract. We will provide socials such as banners for the website and social media. You can take your own photos / flat lays but you cannot use the 'Disney' or 'Star Wars' logo in combination with product images.
  • If you are a wholesaler and are looking at placing an order for 'personal use only', unfortunately we will have no choice but to suspend your account. 
  • We only have limited stock so we are unable to hold / pre order goods for anyone. We will let everyone know once the items are available on wholesale.
